It can be used in evening baths, sprayed into the bedroom or on the pillow. Hold a note-book handy in order to take note of the dream as soon as you wake up. One of the names with which Clary Sage was called in the past is "clear eye".

It was believed to reinforce the sight and the seeds of the grass (NOT the essential oil) were used to remove dirt from the eyes. At a spiritual level Clary Sage stimulates the inner sight and helps "to see more clearly ". Attention: do not use Clary Sage during pregnancy.

Do not use it if you have assumed alcohol during the previous hours, or if you will drink some in the successive hours, because the combination of alcohol with Salvia can cause nightmares, instead of inspired dreams.
